THE INTERIOR of an existing 3,800 s.f. restaurant was gutted and remodeled to include a dining area and bar seating 125, a sushi bar seating 40, a commercial kitchen, and a reception area. Sweeping sails lower the high ceilings and light cast on their canvas creates ambiance. A new entrance with a Torii gate and an enclosed outdoor dining area was added to the exterior.
