OUR MASTER PLAN FOR PORT LUDLOW ASSOCIATES includes the siting of 38 one- and two-story waterfront condos and 39 new two story upland condos. We also identified and sited the new commercial core, which includes a restaurant and banquet room, a general store, and a marina facility housing bathrooms, showers, laundry, and refueling area.
